The Event Participant is responsible for providing written notice of their cancellation of their booking registration to the Event Organizer using the email address from which they receive their booking confirmation.
Any other form of cancellation of booking will be invalid and ineligible for refund.
The following terms apply to refund procedure where a valid cancellation is received by the Event Organizer from the Event Participant:
Payment Option: Total Event Fees received via one payment
Where a valid cancellation notice is received prior to 90 Days: Refund of Total Event Fees
Where a valid cancellation notice is received prior to 60 Days: Refund of half of Total Event Fees
Where a valid cancellation notice is received after 60 Days: No refund entitlement
Payment Option: Monthly Installments of Payments
Where a valid cancellation notice is received prior to 90 Days: Refund of any Installment Payments
Where a valid cancellation notice is received after 90 Days: No refund entitlement.
Transfers of any payments to other events or programs hosted by the Event Organizer are not available. The Event Organizer acknowledges that travel restrictions, as well as local and international laws, are constantly changing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the event that:
- a) the country in which the Event Participant is currently residing imposes a general prohibition on travel for its residents or advises against all but essential travel for its residents; and
b)these measures prevent the Event Participant from lawfully traveling to the Event or from remaining compliant with government guidance,
The Event Organizer will treat any payments made towards the Total Event Fees as a credit towards a future select event or program hosted by the Event Organizer.The Event Organizer accepts no liability for refunds associated with any other sums paid by the Event Participant in connection with their attendance at the Event or otherwise, including without limitation to travel companies, airfare, ground transportation, COVID-19 testing and accommodations.
